How we Work
Play the Wilde Collective delivers design and construction of play and learning environments for early learning centres, schools, builders and developers.
Our work is project-led and tailored — not packaged. Every site, brief and client is different, so we begin by understanding the project properly before recommending a way forward.
That’s why all projects start with an initial consultation or quote.
The First Step
The initial consultation is the starting point for defining your project and preparing an accurate quote or proposal.
During this stage, we:
-
Understand your goals, constraints, and priorities
-
Review the site and existing conditions
-
Discuss feasibility, risks, and build considerations
-
Clarify scope, approach, and next steps

It’s a focused, practical discussion designed to ensure the project is properly understood before moving into pricing or delivery.

For some clients, this stage provides the clarity needed to proceed independently.

For others, it forms the foundation for a fully scoped design and construction project.

Either way, it ensures decisions are made with confidence and based on a clear understanding of the work involved.

What We Deliver
Following the initial consultation, we’ll advise on the most appropriate path forward based on your project.

This may include:

-
Developing a design and construction scope
-
Preparing a tailored project proposal
-
Providing a detailed quote or responding to a tender
All ongoing work is custom to the project and aligned with the site, brief and level of involvement required. We don’t offer off-the-shelf solutions — because our clients aren’t looking for them.
Who We Work With
Our services are best suited to clients who:

-
Want a high-quality, functional result
-
Value experience and professional guidance
-
Prefer clear advice over trial-and-error
-
Expect their consultant or contractor to take responsibility
If you’re looking for a team who can lead the process, manage complexity and deliver with care, the consultation is the right place to begin.
